Delivery & Terms
DELIVERY TIMES
Items are usually despatched within 5 - 7 working days.
However, during the Covid-19 restrictions, please allow extra time for your order to be produced, packed and delivered.
If you require any item for a specific date, please contact me before placing your order to arrange this.
Commission orders will take longer to fulfill, depending on the availability of glass materials and the details of the design you have requested. Your delivery requirements can be discussed before finalising any commission order.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery cost for a single item is £5.
An additional £1 is added for each extra item ordered.
Delivery costs are added at the end of the checkout process.
All deliveries will require a signature.
This does not apply to delivery costs for Commission Orders.
International orders cannot currently be processed via my website. Please contact me directly to place your order and arrange delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with the items you order.
However, if you are not completely happy, you may return an item to me (undamaged, in it's original packaging and in a resaleable condition) within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund (excluding your original shipping costs).
The cost of returning goods to me is your responsibility, is non refundable and proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. So, for your own peace of mind and protection, I recommend that you use an insured and trackable/signed for method of return.
If you are claiming for a damaged item, this must be made within 2 days of delivery. Any claim must be made by email and accompanied by photos, in close up, of both the damaged item and the packaging you received it in. (Sorry this is a bit complicated but it's unfortunately necessary for any insurance claim).
PRODUCT & COLOUR VARIATIONS
All the photographs used on this site are of my own products and are intended to illustrate them accurately,
However, please be aware that there may be a slight variation in colour due to the nature of the glass and it's processes, and the differences in computer monitors.
Please also be aware that each fused glass item is hand crafted and unique and cannot therefore be an exact replica. I will, however, always endevour to make it resemble, as closely as possible, the images you see in my 'shop'. (The photos I have taken will give you an idea of possible variations).

The sale or re-sale of any item of my fused glass work does not include any intellectual property rights relating to it.
The reproduction of purchased artwork, including photographs is not permitted.
